After I had my first daughter, I struggled BAD with my self-image. My issues I had with my body spilled over into other areas like parenting and my marriage.
I decided to take the leap and jump into a fitness routine that I knew nothing about, I took a leap of faith. I worked on changing my mindset as well as my body.
Two years later, I can say I’ve learned to love the woman within me and am more confident and secure with my body, more so than ever before.
I decided to create the Motivated Mamas Society, a community by women, for women, set on becoming the best versions of ourselves.
